Fail Faster

It’s that time of year where we reflect on our accomplishments for this year, and where we want to be in the next. Reevaluating our goals and mapping out our game plan for the upcoming New Year is exciting! I want to encourage you today to make sure you’re including your dream. Dreams are goals not written down. Write down what you want to achieve in life. What is your dream?

tonyI love and admire Tony Robbins. This is a man that came from an average background with a dream of helping others. Before he was 30 years old, he was so successful, so quickly, he couldn’t handle it all and started to shut down. He had surrounded himself with good people, that believed in him, and helped bring him back better than before.

Tony has made a huge impact on the coaching industry. He has made it his life purpose to touch as many people as possible in every way possible. With Tony, there are no limits.  It’s important that we have that mindset. We are our worst critic and we set our own limits. Allow your mind to think with no limits as you set your goals.

A lot of people are afraid of failure. Tony says, “Fail Faster and get where you need to be quicker!” Just go ahead and fail! What is the worst that could happen? You will learn something that will make you better and stronger for the next go round. Tony has failed numerous times but that tells me he was always moving. If you’re not failing, you’re probably not stretching yourself to your limits.

Stretch yourself. Kick open the box that you may be sitting in and apply consistent daily action behind every goal. There really are no limits to what we can achieve. May 2015 bring you closer to achieving your dream which is only an unwritten goal.
