Working from home can make it difficult to discern when the day is supposed to end. It’s easy to go back to work after dinner, or try to finish something up once the kids are in bed. As the day goes on it gets increasingly difficult to make difficult decisions.

We make decisions throughout the day, but it’s important to make the most difficult ones early. Later in the day, our minds are feeling the effects of overuse and we may not make the wisest choices. Judges have admitted to making less favorable decisions toward the end of their shift. Your mind gets tired so, go to bed at a reasonable hour and start the new day fresh.
